What is VARK?

VARK stands for Visual, Aural, Read/Write, and Kinesthetic. These are the four sensory modes or preferences that people use to gather information. Most people use a combination, but tend to have a stronger preference for one or two styles.

Visual Learning

If you're a visual learner, you prefer information presented in charts, diagrams, graphs, maps, and other visual depictions. On this site, you'll benefit most from watching instructional videos and exploring interactive learning modules with visual elements.

Aural Learning
